Apart from these standard types, optional models include PGI-755 XXL and PGI-750XL, for pigment black. But for color printing, including cyan, magenta, and yellow, the compatible cartridge model is CLI-751XL. The factor that determines the speed of the printer includes the complexity of the document as well as printer mode. For instance, at the simplex mode, the printing rate is 10.4 pages per minute for color printing.
On the other hand, in the same mode, printing in black and white is about 14.5 ppm. Whereas, the use of photo paper runs at a speed of 120 seconds per page. The compatible paper sizes include A3, A3+, A4, A5, A6, B5, B4, Letter, legal, ledger, and photo paper sizes. In terms of the compatible paper types, the options are plain paper, high-resolution paper, and photo paper pro platinum.
The others include photo paper plus glossy II, photo paper pro luster, photo paper plus semi-gloss, and matte photo paper. It also contains an ink-end sensor with an optical sensor and dot count with automatic printhead alignment.
